Secondary School Transition
At Queen Boudica our main feeder Secondary School is the local 'Outstanding' Secondary School - The Gilberd. In 2021 the new Trinity school opened (part of the Gilberd and Colchester High School for Girls Academy) and a number of our pupils now move onto this new school.
Each year, some children attend other local secondary schools including St. Helena, Phillip Morant and St. Benedicts.
11+
Each year a number of Queen Boudica students gain places at either Colchester Royal Grammar School or Colchester High School for Girls. The 11+ exam is taken at the beginning of September in Year 6 and more details can be found here: https://csse.org.uk/
